Hello and welcome to The Hungry Girl!

Here you will find posts about my adventures of eating around my hometown of Sydney, with a little bit of random holiday posts thrown into the mix.

I love going out and sharing a meal with friends, and this blog came about as I began to photograph my food and had no where to put them. I thought that the blog would be a great little outlet for me to share my experience with whoever was out there. Little did I know that I would love food blogging so much and make some new friends along the way.

The best thing about starting my blog is that I have discovered so much more of Sydney’s diverse culinary scene. The worst thing is that my list of places to eat at is never-ending!

I love Japanese food, I love cashew nuts, I love ice cream and gelato, I love chocolate, I love apples and I love green tea. I will try most things once, good or bad – which probably explains why I’ve had food poisoning way too many times!

This is my own personal blog, with my own personal opinions. Please don’t take everything I say seriously! I’m in no way a professional writer, photographer or critic, just another passionate foodie. Click here to read my original entry about me!
